Role Description

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client Dell, is seeking a full-time remote Retail Trainer to join our field team!

• Implement consistent and effective training programs for both personal development and client product knowledge across the organization.
• Develop the curriculum and support learning tools for our retail teams.
• Work in an environment of high change and transmit diverse, complex, and changing information.
• Align with Training Leadership to identify and implement plans that address the organization's training gaps.
• Design learning modules to facilitate new hire, ongoing, and leadership training based on long-term organizational goals.
• Develop engaging training manuals, LMS modules, and training decks to create tangible organizational improvement.
• Implement and accelerate effective and purposeful adult training methods.
• Research training trends, techniques, developments, and best practices to enhance engagement and retention of content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in training and development.
• 3+ years' experience of leadership experience.
• Successful training experience/proven track record in performance management.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
