[Hiring] Reading Intervention Teacher for Elementary Students @Air Education

Role Description

Air Education Inc. (Air Reading) delivers evidence-based, small-group online reading instruction to elementary students. Grounded in the Science of Reading, our program partners with schools to accelerate literacy development and provides teachers with structured curriculum, coaching, and professional development.

As an Air Reading teacher, you’ll help students build foundational reading skills through structured, evidence-based instruction. You’ll also gain experience with research-backed literacy practices and receive ongoing coaching and professional development to support your growth as an educator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Zoom and common digital teaching tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build positive connections with elementary-aged students in an online learning environment.

Requirements

• Contract, remote employment.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible teaching opportunities Monday–Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Compensation: Up to $24/hour.
• Session length: Typically 30–40 minutes per small-group lesson.
• Group size: Up to four elementary students.
