The Provider Education and Engagement Specialist supports provider network success by creating, delivering, and maintaining educational resources, training programs, and engagement initiatives. This role ensures providers are informed about policies, procedures, and program requirements to promote collaboration and consistency across the network.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver, and maintain educational resources, training programs, and engagement initiatives to support provider network success.
• Ensure providers understand policies, procedures, and program requirements to promote collaboration and consistency across the network.
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions and maintain and reference materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure educational content reflects current policies and operational updates.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal provider education and support, addressing questions and facilitating resolution of operational issues.
• Organize provider engagement events such as webinars.
• Create and distribute provider newsletters and updates.
• Support initiatives to improve provider satisfaction, retention, and alignment with network goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations, program processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms (e.g., Teams).
• Demonstrated skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience supporting provider networks within government-contracted healthcare programs.
• Demonstrated familiarity with provider portals and healthcare data tools.
• Proven ability to tailor education and communication strategies to diverse provider audiences.
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
