[Hiring] Part Time Transfer Coordinator @Temple University

Role Description

The part-time Transfer Coordinator reports to the Associate Director, Admissions, and is responsible for accurately assessing and processing transfer credit for incoming students. This position involves evaluating transcripts from prior institutions and standardized examinations (e.g., AP, IB, CLEP) to determine transferable coursework in accordance with university policies and academic standards. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least two years of relevant experience in admissions, registrar, or academic advising.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Requirements

• This position requires the following background checks: criminal history review, child abuse clearance, and FBI fingerprinting.
• Offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
• This position is 100% remote.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
