[Hiring] PA School Admissions Coach @Leland

Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced PA school admissions coach to work with students preparing to apply to physician assistant programs. This role includes:

• Guiding students through school selection and application strategy
• Editing essays and secondary applications
• Coordinating letters of recommendation
• Helping students choose a specialization that aligns with their clinical interests and career goals
• Supporting students with resume editing
• Providing interview preparation
• Guiding on clinical rotations, licensing, and PANCE exam preparation
• Navigating financial aid and scholarships to fund education

Ideal candidates have:

• Firsthand experience with the PA school admissions process
• Prior advising or coaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
