Role Description

We are looking for a qualified online fitness coach to support women with PCOS. You will help clients build workable routines through personalized exercise and accountability, within your professional qualifications.

• Lead online coaching sessions and review client progress.
• Adapt exercise plans to individual goals, experience, equipment and schedules.
• Give useful feedback on check-ins and respond to client questions.
• Help clients work through everyday barriers and build consistency.
• Keep accurate records and refer questions outside your professional scope appropriately.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate with the team to improve the client experience.

Qualifications

• A relevant, verifiable fitness-coaching qualification.
• Experience delivering individualized online coaching.
• Experience supporting clients with PCOS or in women's health is preferred.
• Clear communication, empathy and dependable follow-through.
• Reliable internet, working audio/video and a private setting for calls.

Requirements

• Remote work with agreed client-call windows.
• Paid preparation, administration and required training.
• Coaching tools, resources, regular feedback and team support.
• The opportunity to contribute ideas and develop broader responsibilities over time.

Benefits

• This is a remote, part-time role based in the United States or Canada.
• Pay is $30 to $40 USD per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
• Start at 5 paid hours per week.
• Client-call windows are agreed in advance, with availability preferred on selected weekdays between 10am and 2pm America/Chicago.
• Regular weekday availability is needed for client follow-up.
• All agreed coaching, preparation, administration and required training time is paid.
