Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner career coach to work with NPs and NP students building their clinical practice and advancing their careers. This role includes:

• Strengthening core clinical skills in patient care, treatment planning, and prescribing medications.
• Guiding students through certification requirements.
• Supporting the career side of the journey, including:
• Resume review
• Interview preparation
• Salary negotiation
• Networking strategy to help NPs land the right role and grow their professional network.

Ideal candidates have:

• Professional experience as a nurse practitioner.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
