[Hiring] NP School Admissions Coach @Leland

Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced NP school admissions coach to work with nurses preparing to apply to nurse practitioner programs. This role includes:

• Guiding students through school selection and application strategy
• Refining essays and secondary applications
• Coordinating letters of recommendation
• Helping students choose a specialization that fits their clinical interests and career goals
• Supporting students with resume review, interview prep, and waitlist strategy
• Providing guidance on clinical rotations, licensing and certifications, and financial aid and scholarships

Ideal candidates have:

• Firsthand experience with the NP admissions process
• Prior advising or coaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
