Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced nonprofit leadership coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in the nonprofit sector. This role includes:

• Teaching core skills in nonprofit management, program development, volunteer management, fundraising, and grant writing.
• Helping students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building.
• Supporting the career side of the journey, including:
• Resume review
• Interview preparation
• Salary negotiation for roles at nonprofit organizations
• Freelancing and networking strategy for independent consulting work
• Setting own hours and rates, hosting sessions virtually, and partnering with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in nonprofit leadership or management.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down complex organizational and strategic topics.
