Leland is seeking an experienced Military Career Transition Mentor to work with veterans and service members transitioning into civilian careers. This role includes:

• Guiding transitioning service members through career transition and job search strategies
• Building leadership development and personal branding for the next chapter
• Supporting professional networking, resume review, and interview prep
• Assisting with financial planning and navigating Veterans Affairs benefits

Ideal candidates have:

• Firsthand military experience or experience supporting veterans through career transitions
• Prior mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping service members translate their skills into civilian career success

Mentors set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every veteran.
