Coordinate the non-clinical aspects of referrals and facilitate timely communication among teams.
-
Maintain accurate referral information, follow-up activity, pending status, and required documentation.
-
Partner closely with BAYADA local sales leadership and assigned marketers.
-
Collaborate with fellow Transitional Care Managers and service-office teams to identify barriers and share best practices.
-
Represent BAYADA professionally in interactions associated with the Ennoble Care partnership.

At least three years of experience in sales, marketing, community relations, health care business development, referral coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
