Role Description
The Literacy Success Partner supports the successful implementation of Ignite Reading’s program with a portfolio of partners—districts and schools newer to our model or expanding their footprint. The role also owns renewals and in-year expansions across that portfolio, growing each partnership by connecting student impact to partner goals. This role is ideal for instructional leaders who pair strong relationship-building skills with a proven track record in district partnerships, account growth, and delivering programs at scale.
You will serve as the day-to-day contact for district and school-based leaders, monitor student progress, lead renewal and expansion conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality experience for both students and partners.
Key Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding
-
Lead district and school onboarding that includes project planning, onboarding meetings and best practice sharing.

Develop and manage synchronous and asynchronous onboarding content, including content delivered in virtual small group meetings, webinars, and posted to an external Knowledge Base.

Collaborate with Ignite Reading’s Partnerships, Academics and Customer Experience teams to ensure a streamlined customer experience and smooth project transitions.

Track and adhere to KPIs including such as first day attendance and on-time launch.

Ensure complete and accurate data entry and maintenance within Ignite Reading’s systems to ensure teams have visibility into key data points.

Serve as the Voice of the Customer by continually providing internal feedback for product improvement.

Mitigate risks by identifying implementation issues early and leading resolution efforts prior to launch.

Partner Support & Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of school and district partners.

Build strong relationships with instructional leaders and key contacts, providing responsive, high-quality support.

Lead impact meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment to goals and enable successful implementation of the Ignite Reading model to maximize student impact.

Use AI systems to automate routine attendance communications, generate partner action tracking reminders, and create personalized follow-up messages based on engagement data.

Renewals & In-Year Expansions

Own the renewal process for your partner portfolio, from early renewal readiness conversations through signed agreements, to retain partners and seats year over year.

Use student progress, attendance, and implementation data to show impact and build the case for renewal well ahead of contract end dates.

Identify and close in-year expansion opportunities with existing partners, such as adding students, grades, or schools during the school year based on student need, waitlists, and program results.

Spot renewal risks early, such as leadership changes, funding shifts, or low engagement, and lead mitigation plans in partnership with your manager.

Partner with the Partnerships team on renewals and expansions where ownership is shared or Partnerships leads, including joint district meetings.

Maintain accurate renewal and expansion pipeline data in HubSpot, including deal stage, seat counts, and close dates, to support reliable forecasting.

Track and meet renewal and expansion KPIs, including renewal rate and expansion seats.

Student Impact & Progress Monitoring

Use student data dashboards to monitor progress and surface insights for the portfolio of partners.

Collaborate with Academic and Tutor Operations teams to address instructional concerns or opportunities for improvement for students in the portfolio.

Leverage AI-assisted analytics to identify trends in survey responses, analyze partner feedback themes, and highlight patterns in student progress data for strategic interventions.

Identify trends and support strategic interventions that align with student outcomes to help schools better understand and ultimately support the students that we serve.

Analyze student data to identify overarching trends, gaps in instruction, and opportunities to strengthen the school's foundational skills literacy ecosystem.

Recommend targeted resources and instructional strategies for partners to implement within the school building to build students' reading automaticity.

Tailor data reviews and consultative meetings to align with the specific priorities of each stakeholder, whether working with teachers, interventionists, district leaders, or funders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Product, Data, and Academics teams to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback from the field.

Help document and share implementation best practices and success stories.

Support the creation of resources and partner-facing tools that scale support across the portfolio.

Utilize AI communication tools to streamline broader client communications, draft personalized outreach at scale, and maintain consistent partner engagement.

Partner closely with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to support accounts that may transition between tiers.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in literacy instruction, coaching, or school-based support roles.

Familiarity with foundational literacy skills and instructional best practices.

Strong communication and organizational skills; comfort using Google Workspace and Zoom.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with strong follow-through.

Experience working with diverse learners and communities.

Experience in account management, renewals, or growing existing customer relationships preferred; comfort discussing budgets, funding, and seat counts with school and district leaders.

Experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.

Previous experience supporting schools, districts, or educational programs preferred.
