Role Description

As part of a zone or country Enterprise Learning and Adoption team, work with Professional Services and project management to deliver high-quality Learning and Adoption Services and end user training.

• Contribute to the delivery of Enterprise Learning and Adoption programs in agreed DI domains that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution.
• Deliver standard and custom instructor-led training in center, at customer sites or as distance learning.
• Apply aspects of Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of Customer user communities.
• In collaboration with the lead Learning Architect, follow the Learning and Adoption work stream of customer programs deploying multiple Siemens DI products within a single domain (for example: DI, STS, DER) to multiple locations.
• Actively participate in and contribute to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contribute to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.
• Work under self-management on routine assignments/projects and light supervision on new assignments/projects.
• Work on projects/assignments of basic to moderate scope.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in person and online training classes to our customers utilizing our Active Workspace and Teamcenter product suite.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, command of specific technical subject matter, ability to learn new technologies very quickly, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in the simplest possible terms (relative to the audience).
• Stimulate interest and enhance learner understanding through appropriate anecdotes, stories, analogies and humor.
• Use activities that allow learners to review and apply content at appropriate intervals.
• Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers user communities.
• Actively participate in and contribute to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contribute to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.
• Preferred, not required: 3-10 years of experience in design, development and delivery of training, and blended-learning solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience using Active Workspace is absolutely required; please have this in your resume within the roles you worked with it in.
• Experience with additional Teamcenter products is helpful, however must have experience with Active WS.

• The pay range for this position is 81,700 - 163,400 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary.
• The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
