You’re a natural in front of a room. And you’re the person everyone wants leading the charge when it’s time to learn, shift, and grow — together.

We’re looking for an outgoing, wildly creative Workshop Facilitator to lead 2–3 immersive, out-of-the-box workshop experiences per project — hosted in luxurious locations across the U.S. (Think: high-touch corporate off-sites with high-impact energy). 🏝️🧠✨ This isn’t about clocking in hours — it’s about clocking in impact. • Lead workshops that are anything but boring.
• Facilitate experiential sessions that are interactive, energizing, and designed to spark lightbulbs.
• Bring the vibe. You’re part teacher, part hype person, part experience architect.
• Adapt like a pro. Read the room, shift energy, and handle unexpected shifts with grace and humor.
• Collaborate with our team. Work closely with our Experience Designers to prep materials, flow, and session goals.
• Travel in style. You’ll be flown out (all expenses paid) to lead workshops in luxurious U.S. destinations.
• Set the tone for growth. You’re not just running sessions—you’re transforming how teams think, collaborate, and show up.

Qualifications

• Are a natural-born facilitator, speaker, or performer who lights up a room.
• Have 3+ years leading workshops, trainings, or team experiences (corporate or creative).
• Love designing unique, unconventional group experiences.
• Are flexible, intuitive, and zero drama.
• Can guide C-Suite execs and team members alike with confidence and clarity.
• Are available to travel across the U.S. for workshops (we give you notice, of course).
• Are excited by a non-traditional work schedule (project-based vs. 9-to-5).
• Believe that a whiteboard can change someone’s whole mindset 🎯.
