Role Description

Medsien is seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of training programs across the company, including onboarding, product/software training, and company-wide learning initiatives. The role will work closely with L&D, Product, Operations, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain onboarding and role-specific training programs.
• Develop e-learning courses, scripts, videos, quizzes, and activities.
• Create and maintain software/product training and update training as products change.
• Research and synthesize information from documentation into clear learning materials.
• Support LMS administration.
• Manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Support broader L&D initiatives as needed.

• Perfect English skills; both written and oral.
• Residing in Istanbul city center.

Requirements

• Nice-to-have: L&D / instructional design experience (Synthesia experience).
• LMS experience.
• E-learning or video-production experience.
• Experience with HRIS/LMS platforms.
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
• Knowledge-management/documentation experience.
• Experience creating onboarding programs.
