Role Description

We are seeking an Instructional Designer Jr. to design, develop, maintain, and revise learning solutions that support Claims employees across Auto, Property, Injury, and Care Center operations.

• Design, develop, maintain, and revise learning solutions for Claims employees.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced digital learning experiences.
• Develop simulations, scenario-based learning, performance support materials, and interactive training content.
• Manage curriculum revisions from intake through publishing.
• Ensure work is completed according to Service Level Objectives (SLOs), business needs, and organizational priorities.
• Develop highly technical claims training and standalone digital learning content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Instructional Design strategies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience collaborating with SMEs.
• Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and ask questions when clarification is needed.

• Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
• Adobe Creative Suite products including Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Project Management Software (JWM preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating technical training content.
• Experience developing simulations and multimedia-based learning.
• Claims, insurance, or financial services training experience.
