[Hiring] Instructional Designer @Timeless Medical Systems

Role Description

Timeless Medical Systems® is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team and create engaging, effective training materials for our software products. In this role, you'll manage the full training lifecycle, from initial needs analysis to final delivery and evaluation. You'll work with the training team and the subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop a variety of self-paced training resources, including job aids, instructional videos, and interactive simulations.

The incumbent will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Strategic Enablement team by supporting the Senior Manager in identifying specific needs and ensuring we continue to deliver world-class training for both internal and external customers.

Your employment duties as an Instructional Designer will consist of the duties listed below as well as other duties as required by the Company. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive however, as you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task assigned by a leader.

Qualifications

• Education in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an instructional designer, preferably in a software or technology-focused environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of instructional materials is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard video and graphic editing tools, rapid e-learning authoring software, and productivity tools like Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Comfortable with AI usage for tasks such as content generation and research.
• A solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be consultative and build strong relationships with SMEs, stakeholders, and team members.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• A meticulous eye for detail and an ability to maintain accuracy in technical content.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for instructional content.
• Design and create a range of learning materials, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, technical manuals, and quick-reference guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps.
• Translate complex technical information and business processes into clear, concise, and engaging learning content.
• Author and edit a variety of training materials, ensuring they're accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
• Ensure all training materials are delivered on time and within scope.
• Use feedback and data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Continuously iterate and improve existing content to enhance the learning experience.
