Role Description

Are you a creative communicator who can translate facts into visual and interactive learning experiences for our members? The eLearning Instructional Designer designs, develops, and implements engaging digital learning experiences that build knowledge of CREA's products, services, and professional standards. From short microlearning resources and instructional videos to nationally recognized multi-module certification programs, this role supports the professional development of more than 155,000 REALTORS® across Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with course design, from initial design through to publication.
• Experience applying instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the design and development of online learning experiences and guide subject matter experts on learning methods, assessment activities, course flow, LMS integration, educational technologies, and interactive course components.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, particularly Storyline, including variables, triggers, layers, accessibility, and SCORM publishing.
• Experience applying visual design, branding, accessibility, and user experience principles to digital learning solutions.
• Experience with multimedia tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other digital content creation tools.
• Knowledge of content management systems, preferably SharePoint.
• Excellent judgment, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with subject matter experts, clients, managers, and team members.
• Ability to adapt to change, manage competing projects and priorities, and respond to delays or unexpected events.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 Annually
• 12-month Contract
