Role Description

Are you an experienced Learning Designer with a passion for creating engaging, innovative and impactful digital learning experiences? OES is seeking to connect with Mid to Senior-Level Freelance Learning Designers to support a range of digital learning projects on a fee-for-service basis.

• Contribute to meaningful learning experiences that engage and empower learners around the world.
• Bring strong expertise in instructional design, digital pedagogy, and learning technologies.
• Transform learning requirements into high-quality, engaging, and instructionally sound learning experiences.
• Collaborate with OES project teams and stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Apply creativity, innovation, and contemporary learning design practices.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance design quality and create exceptional learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and digital pedagogy.
• Strong understanding of learning technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Creativity and innovation in learning design.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including Generative AI.

Requirements

• Independent contractor status.
• Flexibility to engage on a project-by-project basis.
• Availability to work according to client and project requirements.
• Agreement on scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and professional fees in advance for each engagement.
