Role Description

AUIB is seeking a motivated and skilled Engineering Lab Instructor to support its mission of delivering high-quality, student-centered education rooted in the liberal arts model and international standards. In this essential role, the Engineering Lab Instructor will:

• Facilitate hands-on laboratory sessions.
• Guide students in applying theoretical concepts to practical experiments.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment.
• Prepare and maintain lab equipment and materials.
• Support faculty in course delivery.
• Assist in developing and updating lab manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and academic standards.
• Mentor students and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory instruction.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer engineering from a recognized and accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a college or university setting, with demonstrated capacity for handling complex academic operations.
