Role Description

ILO Group is seeking a Curriculum Content Production & Quality Support Contractor to support the development of high-quality science or social studies instructional materials. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The contractor will work independently to create lesson decks aligned to the district-adopted curriculum. This role does not set instructional strategy. It supports drafting, sequencing, revision, and quality review to ensure materials are accurate, coherent, and production-ready.

• Develop high-quality science or social studies lesson decks in PPT
• Create daily formative assessments aligned to each lesson's objectives
• Support alignment to standards, coherence across units, and instructional clarity
• Work independently and autonomously, managing workload for on-time delivery
• Conduct quality reviews of instructional materials for accuracy, rigor, consistency, and usability
• Incorporate feedback across multiple revision cycles
• Support formatting, version control, and documentation readiness

Qualifications

• Experience creating lesson materials aligned to adopted instructional products
• Familiarity with K–12 science or social studies standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort managing workload with clearly defined deadlines
• Experience in K–12 education, education nonprofits, or district or state-facing work is a plus

Requirements

• Contract opportunities for approximately 20-30 hours per week, with some flexibility week to week
• Remote position with travel required based on client needs

Compensation

• Competitive hourly range of $60 - $85, depending on prior experience
