Role Description

We're seeking an experienced College Admissions Coach to work with students navigating the college application process from start to finish. This role includes:

• Helping students with general exploration of schools and programs
• Guiding school selection
• Building an overall application strategy
• Supporting students with essays, secondary review, supplementary materials, and resume building
• Editing to help polish every part of the application
• Preparing for interviews
• Securing strong recommendations
• Navigating financial aid & scholarships
• Understanding testing & assessments
• Developing a waitlist strategy when needed

Ideal candidates have:

• Strong knowledge of the college admissions landscape (as a former admissions officer, counselor, or industry professional)
• A track record of helping students put their best applications forward
• A clear, structured approach to guiding students through a stressful and high-stakes process

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the college admissions landscape
• Experience as a former admissions officer, counselor, or industry professional
• Proven track record of helping students with applications
• Structured approach to coaching
