Leland is seeking an experienced Capital Markets & Trading Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within capital markets and trading roles. This role includes:

• Teaching core sales & trading strategy
• Trading execution
• Financial modeling
• Helping clients build strong risk management practices
• Sharpening market analysis skills
• Supporting clients on the career side, offering:
  • Resume review
  • LinkedIn review
  • Cover letter guidance
  • Behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to trading and markets roles
• Providing additional support including:
  • Networking strategy
  • Salary negotiation
  • Promotion strategy
  • Broader skill building
  • Guidance for those pursuing freelancing opportunities in the space

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on experience in capital markets or trading (as a trader, analyst, or industry professional)
• A strong track record of navigating markets under pressure
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
