Role Description

The Admissions Processing Officer is responsible for reviewing and processing applicant cases, verifying documents and eligibility, resolving admissions-related issues, maintaining accurate applicant records, and providing timely support while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.

• Review and process student’s educational documents accurately.
• Verify applicant details and support documents.
• Process admission-related requests and updates.
• Resolve applicant queries and backend complaints.
• Update applicant records in university systems.
• Complete daily assigned tasks within the given timelines.
• Report work progress and updates to the Team Leader.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

• Should have earned a bachelor’s degree (A fresher or an Experienced one).
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience working in an academic environment, especially with an educational backend – is an added advantage.
• Experience with CRM or other customer database software - is an added advantage.
• Basics of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Self-discipline – ability to work remotely as part of an international team.
• Good analytical thought process.
• Problem-solving.
• Critical thinking.
• Time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Maintain cross-training programs.
