[Hiring] Senior DevOps Engineer @Documo

Role Description

Documo is on a mission to help businesses digitize and streamline their document workflows. As a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, our platform makes it easier to handle unstructured files like faxes and forms through tools like Intelligent Document Processing - turning messy paperwork into structured, usable data.

The Senior DevOps Engineer designs, builds, and operates the cloud platform that runs Documo's document processing and fax products, including the infrastructure behind our AI and machine learning services. You will own how code gets from a pull request to production, how production stays healthy, and how the platform scales securely as our product catalog and AI workloads grow.

You will bring 6+ years of DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering experience, use AI tools in your daily work, treat infrastructure as a product, and act as a technical lead who mentors other engineers. This role can be up to 10% customer-facing, mainly escalations, connectivity and integration discussions, and security reviews.

Requirements

• Providing the strategic technical direction for the business
• Architecting, developing, and maintaining Documo’s software product catalog in collaboration with the Product Team, internal stakeholders, and customers
• Ensuring technology solutions meet high standards for reliability, security, and scalability
• Maintaining technical documentation and procedures to ensure the effective development, maintenance, and support of software products
• Researching and implementing new technologies that improve internal operations
• Implementing requirements to satisfy information technology, information security, and compliance programs
• Providing escalated technical support to customers and internal stakeholders as needed
