Role Description

We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about building scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructures, we want you to help us lead the way in technological advancements!

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS product, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems, with an emphasis on high availability and disaster recovery.
• Manage networking, security groups, and VPC configurations to ensure secure communication.
• Design and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for orchestration and scalability.
• Optimize resource allocation and cost management in Kubernetes environments.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems for end-to-end visibility and performance monitoring across the stack.
• Design and maintain centralized logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch.
• Implement security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and encryption.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with Developers to optimize application performance and deployment.
• Work with QA Engineers to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipelines.
• Clearly communicate infrastructure changes and incident reports to stakeholders.
• Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and scaling.
• Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes for faster delivery cycles.
• Advocate for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and DevOps culture within the team.
• Use strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively manage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Make strategic decisions and influence cloud infrastructure architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructures.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure solutions to power SaaS products.
• Skilled in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring using tools like GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline.
• Proficient in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Serverless.
