Role Description
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Clientsystemen, Windows Serverlösungen und Netzwerken
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Nutzeraccounts & deren Berechtigungen
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen
- Konfiguration, Betrieb, Kontrolle und Pflege von Telekommunikationssystem und Datennetzwerken
- Schulung von Beschäftigten für die verwendete Hardware & Software
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen Diensten und Lösungen (z.B. DMS, VOIP)
- Interner IT-Support (Client & Server) vor Ort und per Fernwartung
- Planung, Durchführung und Beteiligung an IT-bezogenen Projekten
- Monitoring von Sicherheits-Vorfällen und Weiterleitung dieser an das Security-Team
- Monitoring der Backup- & Disaster Recovery-Lösungen
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene mindestens 3-jährige Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
