Role Description

• Supporting development teams with product knowledge, technical guidance, and solution design.
• Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and build environments.
• Managing and improving infrastructure automation and configuration processes.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on improvements and best practices.
• Supporting infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises air-gapped environments.
• Contributing to the planning and implementation of new features and technical improvements.
• Supporting monitoring and observability initiatives.
• Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
• Practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Docker Swarm.
• Good knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, Subnets, AMIs, ALBs, S3, and ECR.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and cloud infrastructure principles.
• Experience working with both cloud and on-premises, air-gapped environments.
• Good understanding of JSON.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions and appreciation of ELK Stack and Grafana.
• Experience with firewall management, preferably FortiGate.
• Understanding of Agile development processes and a strong DevOps mindset.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams.
• Proactive and comfortable contributing to technical planning and continuous improvement.
• Good English communication skills (at least B2 level).
