[Hiring] AWS DevOps Lead @TalentOla

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices across our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation.

• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and AWS CodePipeline.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Oversee containerized application deployments using Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.
• Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote DevOps culture across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, etc.)
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and automation scripting (Python, Shell).
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies like ISTIO.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
