Role Description

20four7VA is seeking an experienced WordPress Website Designer & Developer Virtual Assistant to redesign an existing website for a specialized school-district translation company. The goal is to create a clean, modern, and highly professional website that builds trust with K–12 school administrators and special education professionals while making it simple for visitors to request a free quote or sample translation.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in the following:

• Designing responsive WordPress websites
• Implementing user-friendly forms
• Optimizing websites for speed and SEO
• Creating intuitive content management systems for non-technical users

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing professional WordPress websites
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development
• Experience building custom forms with file upload functionality
• Experience working with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, or similar)
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices for lead generation websites
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization
• Ability to organize content for easy long-term maintenance
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to complete project milestones within the expected timeline
