Role Description

The Website Expert is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s website to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.

• Manage website content and troubleshoot technical issues
• Improve site speed and ensure mobile and SEO optimization
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to align website design with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies, security practices, and design trends
• Help increase reach and success in the digital landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Website Expert, Web Developer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with website builders and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Wix
• Familiarity with SEO principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience in website performance optimization and troubleshooting technical issues
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Canva)
• Ability to manage hosting, domain settings, and website backups
• Knowledge of web security practices and data protection standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing and content teams
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
