We are seeking a versatile
Website & Creative Specialist
to join our team, bridging the gap between technical CMS execution, clean visual design, and light multimedia creation.

Handle day-to-day client website updates and page builds on
Duda CMS
.

Design eye-catching visual assets.

Complete some basic video editing.

Collaborate closely with internal leads to clear client support queues.

Ensure every website looks polished, branded, and fully functional.
Key Responsibilities

CMS Page Builds & Maintenance:
Manage and maintain websites across CMS platforms (specifically Duda), completing website edits, page builds, and layout updates in a timely and efficient manner.

Technical Site QA & Widget Setup:
Configure CMS widgets, set up forms/buttons, embed third-party code snippets, and verify mobile responsiveness and navigation functionality across client sites.

Visual Asset Design:
Take ambiguous client edit requests and create clean, cohesive visual layouts and graphics in
Figma
or
Canva
that align with client branding.

Light Video Trimming:
Edit, trim, and format short video clips or user-generated content (UGC) for website and digital placements using tools like
CapCut
,
Canva Video
, or
Adobe Premiere
.

Quality Assurance:
Perform quality assurance (QA) on client websites to ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and brand alignment across mobile and desktop devices.

Asynchronous Execution:
Manage task hand-offs and ticket queues efficiently in
Jira
, communicating progress and blockers clearly.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of hands-on experience building or maintaining websites on Content Management Systems (Duda experience is a major plus; experience with WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace is highly transferable).

A strong grasp of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory, user experience, and mobile responsiveness).

Hands-on proficiency with visual design and production tools (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).

Familiarity with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or Canva Video) to trim and format short video clips.

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS from a design/layout perspective.
-
Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle high task volume with minimal supervision.

Structured availability to overlap regularly with core EST business hours (~20 hours/week).
-
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Requirements

Pay Rate: $9.50 USD / hour

Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Schedule: Flexible daily hours with required overlap during core EST business hours (9:00 AM β 5:00 PM EST)
