Role Description

Deer Designer is looking for a talented Visual & UI Designer based in Latin America to help us deliver world-class design for global startups. You aren't just a graphic designer; you are a digital solution provider. You will bridge the gap between branding and web interfaces, using Figma and AI tools to produce high-impact results for our clients.

• Execute responsive web designs and high-fidelity UI elements.
• Translate client briefs into strategic digital assets (ads, landing pages, social).
• Integrate AI-enhanced workflows to stay ahead of the design curve.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a remote agency or tech environment.
• Mastery of Figma (including variables and components) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Willingness to use tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT to optimize output.
• Advanced English (writing/reading) is essential.
• 100% Remote, but you must be locally based in LATAM (e.g., Brazil, Argentina, Colombia).
• Must be willing to complete a 5-day paid Design Bootcamp.
