Role Description

This role involves designing digital experiences that connect brands to people in meaningful ways.

• Designing modern, high-quality websites in Figma (landing pages, marketing sites, light product UI)
• Creating clear, conversion-focused layouts grounded in UX best practices
• Designing branded email newsletters and campaign templates
• Preparing web-ready assets and collaborating closely with developers
• Applying basic CSS knowledge to ensure your designs are feasible and implementation-ready
• Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across digital touchpoints
• Contributing to design systems and reusable UI components when needed

Qualifications

• Advanced Figma proficiency (components, auto layout, responsive design thinking)
• Strong graphic design foundation (typography, hierarchy, composition, color systems)
• Experience designing marketing websites and landing pages
• Experience designing email newsletters and campaign templates
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (enough to design with development constraints in mind)
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Familiarity with accessibility basics for web and email
