Role Description

We are seeking a creative, technically skilled, and self-motivated Web Developer & Digital Content Designer to manage and enhance the company's internal and client-facing digital presence. This multifaceted position combines website development, graphic design, website maintenance, social media management, digital content creation, blogging, and search optimization. The ideal candidate brings both technical proficiency and creative expertise, with the ability to translate business objectives into engaging, functional, and effective digital experiences.

The position is responsible for maintaining and improving clients’ corporate websites and digital marketing channels while also supporting an established portfolio of client websites and associated digital services. The successful candidate must be comfortable independently managing multiple projects, developing original content, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying opportunities to improve digital engagement, search visibility, and overall effectiveness. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and an understanding of how artificial intelligence is transforming online search, content discovery, and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development, web design, digital content creation, or a related role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress website development and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with website hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, or comparable graphic design tools.
• Experience creating and managing content for business social media platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Experience creating and publishing blog posts and website content.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital content optimization.
• Familiarity with website analytics and social media performance metrics.
• Ability to maintain consistent branding and messaging across multiple organizations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
• Should be amenable to different shift schedules including night / graveyard shift schedule (US Time Zone).
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule specifically US Time zone.
