Role Description

Abhyaz (MTAB Technology Centre Pvt. Ltd) is seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining visually appealing and functional websites that align with our brand identity and meet the needs of our target audience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize website layouts and functionalities.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites using industry-standard design tools and technologies.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and user experience across all web pages.
• Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Implement best practices in web design, including accessibility standards, SEO optimization, and usability principles.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web design.
• Incorporate UI/UX principles and practices as required to enhance website effectiveness and user engagement.
• Work closely with developers and other team members to implement design concepts and ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve website designs.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
• Must have knowledge of trends in web design.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Proficient in navigating WordPress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred and knowledge in CANVA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
