Role Description

This role involves designing visually stunning and conversion-optimized websites for B2B tech companies.

Design modern, conversion-optimized websites for B2B SaaS and tech companies.
Transform overcomplicated screenshots into beautiful product visuals that showcase our clients’ solutions.
Take full ownership of client design projects - from brief to final handoff.
Design with attention to detail - spacing, colors, typography, and layout should feel effortless and intentional.
Think in motion: designs should support smooth transitions and micro-interactions.
Work closely with the team to bring designs to life in Webflow.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience designing marketing websites (ideally for SaaS or digital products).
Excellent typographic and graphic design skills.
High level of taste in design - care deeply about how something looks and why it works.
Proficient in Figma; bonus for Adobe Suite and AI tools.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Fluency in English is required; German skills are a strong plus.
