Role Description

We're looking for a Video Editor & Digital Creative Specialist with strong video editing skills, a creative eye, and experience producing engaging digital advertising content. If you can transform existing footage into polished video ads, create high-quality static creatives, and use creative tools to produce content efficiently without compromising quality, this could be the role for you!

As the Video Editor & Digital Creative Specialist, you'll work closely with the marketing team to:

• Transform existing footage into engaging video advertisements.
• Create polished static ads and develop creative variations that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
• Contribute to e-commerce marketing activities, including promotional content and email campaigns.

This is a hands-on creative production role for someone who combines strong technical video editing skills with a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to turn creative briefs into high-quality, on-brand content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven hands-on experience in video editing, supported by a portfolio.
• Experience creating video advertisements or short-form marketing content for digital platforms.
• Strong technical video editing skills, including footage selection, trimming, sequencing, and pacing.
• Experience creating static advertisements, digital graphics, or other marketing assets.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality across all creative deliverables.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative working style and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your video editing work and examples of advertising creatives.

Requirements

• The ability to turn existing footage and visual assets into multiple creative variations.
• Experience working from creative briefs and incorporating feedback effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple creative tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or comparable software.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
