Role Description

You'll turn raw footage, UGC, and AI-generated assets into high-volume, high-converting ads that scale our brands profitably. You'll own the edit from brief to final export across every brand in the portfolio — VSLs, UGC-style ads, B-roll cuts, and AI-driven creative — and you'll judge your work by one thing: how it performs in-market.

This isn't a "make it look nice" role. It's a direct-response role. The right person thinks in hooks, holds rates, and CPAs as naturally as they think in cuts and transitions.

What You'll Do

• Edit performance ads at volume.
• Turn briefs, scripts, UGC, and raw footage into finished ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube across all AtlasBrands brands.
• Build hooks and iterations that win.
• Cut multiple hooks, intros, and angles per concept so the team can test fast and scale winners.
• Create with AI.
• Use AI video generation, voice, avatar, and upscaling tools to produce B-roll, scenes, and full ads that would be too slow or costly to shoot.
• Edit long-form that sells.
• Cut VSLs and long-form ads with tight pacing, clear story structure, and strong direct-response flow.
• Ship fast without breaking quality.
• Hit turnaround times and deliver correct specs, captions, and formats the first time.
• Learn from the data.
• Review ad performance weekly with the creative strategy team and feed what you learn into the next round of edits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, and direct-response editing.
• Experience using AI video generation and AI creative tools.
• Portfolio should showcase relevant work, preferably:
  • AI-generated videos
  • VSLs
  • B-rolls
  • UGC-style ads
  • DTC/performance ads
• Previous experience creating ads for DTC brands is preferred.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to communicate clearly.

Requirements

• Full-time, long-term position.
• Global, remote-first team. Requires a core daily overlap with US EST business hours for team syncs and cross-functional alignment.
• $5/hr - Contractor may be eligible for discretionary performance incentives based on advertisements personally edited by Contractor.
