Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editing Intern with advanced experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (and preferably the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite) who can blend video editing mastery with professional-level graphic design capabilities.

This is not your typical “cut-and-trim” editing role. We want someone who can bring cinematic polish, compelling storytelling, and high-quality graphics to both short-form and long-form content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

The right candidate will:

• Have self-driven editing experience (personal projects, freelance work, or previous roles).
• Possess a deep understanding of editing styles that work for technology-focused storytelling.
• Contribute creative graphics and motion templates from their own resources to enhance production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging short and long-form videos for multiple platforms.
• Integrate advanced graphics and animations into video content.
• Create and maintain custom graphic templates for faster, consistent branding.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
• Adapt content to platform-specific formats, trends, and algorithms.
• Collaborate with the AlfaStack creative and marketing teams to develop engaging narratives.
• Research and recommend innovative editing styles and visual approaches.
• Manage end-to-end production, from raw footage to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for web & social
• Motion graphics creation and integration
• Advanced color grading and correction
• Professional-level audio mixing and sound design
• Ability to create custom visual assets and templates
