We're seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor to join a leading marketing and creative agency. This role focuses on creating high-performance video content for social media advertising, organic content, and digital campaigns, working across multiple client brands to drive engagement and conversions.

• Work directly with the agency's creative and strategy teams.
• Manage the complete video production pipeline from concept development and editing through to final delivery.
• Utilize established client briefs, brand guidelines, and performance benchmarks to guide your work.
• Consistently produce scroll-stopping video content that drives measurable results across Meta ads, Instagram, website assets, and other digital channels.
• Maintain brand consistency and production quality.
• Handle both creative execution and technical optimisation, ensuring all video assets are platform-optimised and performance-focused.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• 5+ years hands-on experience editing video content for social media and digital advertising.
• Expert-level proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Proven portfolio showcasing high-performance social video content and Meta ads.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
• Understanding of platform specifications and optimisation (vertical video, aspect ratios, file sizes).
• Ability to work from raw footage, stock content, and client-provided assets.
• Experience colour grading, audio mixing, and adding captions/text overlays.
