Role Description

We're partnering with a fast-growing US-based performance coaching brand that merges sports, self-mastery, and conscious culture. Their mission? To awaken human potential through sport. By blending mindset coaching and storytelling, they're reshaping the way athletes think, perform, and evolve. Their content isn't just about highlights—it's about impact.

• Edit daily short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Cut and repurpose content from podcasts, interviews, and online footage.
• Add music, captions, and subtle motion graphics to maximize engagement.
• Create cinematic transitions and dynamic visual effects.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on creative vision and execution.
• Stay ahead of viral trends, formats, and storytelling styles.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing experience with a focus on short-form social content.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere (or Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
• Proven ability to create engaging reels with pacing and rhythm that pop.
• Experience with motion graphics, VFX, and cinematic transitions.
• Familiarity with podcast editing and light graphic design (Canva is okay).
• A passion for sports and a deep understanding of sports culture.

Requirements

• After Effects or animation experience (nice to have).
• Use of AI tools to streamline editing workflows (nice to have).
• Background or interest in mindset, coaching, or personal development (nice to have).
