[Hiring] Video Creator & Editor @Brain Box Automations

Role Description

We're looking for a fast, creative, and reliable Video Creator who can do two things well: edit raw footage into polished content, and produce scroll-stopping motion graphic videos using AI tools, traditional motion design, or both. You'll work across our own products, shipping content that actually performs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This isn't just an editor role. We want someone who spots viral trends early, ships multiple creative variants for A/B testing, and iterates based on what's working.

What You'll Do

• Create Motion Graphic & AI-Generated Videos: Produce high-impact short-form videos using AI generation (Sora, Runway, Veo, Kling, Luma) or traditional motion design (After Effects, Cavalry, similar).
• Ship Variants for A/B Testing: Create multiple creative cuts per concept for paid social on Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels. Iterate fast based on performance data.
• Spot and Adapt Viral Trends: Stay close to what's working in short-form content and adapt trends for our products and clients quickly, not weeks late.
• Edit Company and Product Videos: Produce showcase videos, product walkthroughs, and demo content that communicate value clearly and professionally.
• Create Short-Form Social Content: Cut and package short-form clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok with strong hooks and tight pacing.
• Polish Raw Outputs: Edit AI-generated and shot footage into clean, scroll-stopping final cuts.
• Iterate on Performance: Read the data from each round and use it to inform the next batch of creative.
• Use AI to Move Faster: Incorporate AI tools across your workflow to generate B-roll, captions, voiceovers, thumbnails, hooks, and other creative assets.

Qualifications

• Proven Output: You've made videos that actually got views, not just experiments. You can show us the work and the numbers.
• Strong Creative Taste: Sharp eye for pacing, hooks, sound design, and editing. You know when to cut and when to hold.
• Dual Workflow Fluency: Comfortable with both AI generation tools and traditional motion graphics workflows.
• Ships Fast: You move quickly and iterate based on what's working, not on what feels safe.
• Professional Editor: Strong hands-on skills in Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, After Effects, or whatever gets the job done.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Background in motion graphics, 2D animation, or character animation.
• Experience running creative for paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Familiarity with hook-first short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Sound design and audio mixing beyond the basics.
• Thumbnail and static graphic design for social and landing pages.

Compensation

Monthly Earning Potential: Up to 50,000 to 80,000 PKR/month, based on hours worked. You are paid for every hour you work. Hours are tracked and verified through our standard time-tracking process, with payments made on a regular cycle. Duration and extension depend on project needs and performance.

Work Environment

• Remote First — Work from wherever you're most productive.
• Flexible Hours — Availability between 6pm and 12am PKT is required for team overlap and collaboration.
• Technical Project Management — Our PMs have development backgrounds. Expect clear communication, realistic timelines, and collaboration grounded in what actually ships.
