Role Description

We are sharing a full-time opportunity for an experienced video and motion-design leader with a strong background in product animation, technology-focused storytelling, visual concept development, and modern digital aesthetics to lead high-quality video and motion work across product launches, social content, brand campaigns, and technical storytelling.

Selected professionals will shape the visual direction and motion language of video content, develop concepts from the ground up, create polished product and UI animations, and translate complex AI and software ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Video & Motion Direction
  • Lead the visual direction of high-quality video and motion content
  • Establish a consistent motion language across creative outputs
  • Take projects from initial concept through final execution
  • Maintain a polished visual standard across campaigns and launches
  • Shape creative decisions around pacing, composition, and movement
• Product & UI Animation
  • Create polished animations for software interfaces and product experiences
  • Animate dashboards, terminals, code, workflows, and digital interactions
  • Develop cinematic transitions that support product storytelling
  • Use motion to clarify technical features and user experiences
  • Build visually coherent animations across complex interface sequences
• Concept Development & Visual Storytelling
  • Develop original visual concepts rather than relying only on existing storyboards
  • Translate AI and software concepts into accessible visual narratives
  • Create storytelling approaches for launches and brand campaigns
  • Balance technical accuracy with engaging visual communication
  • Adapt concepts for product, social, and marketing formats
• Experimental Motion & 3D Design
  • Create experimental brand motion using particles, distortion, depth, and data effects
  • Incorporate 3D elements into video and motion projects
  • Explore generative techniques where they strengthen creative outcomes
  • Apply tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or comparable 3D platforms
  • Develop distinctive visual treatments suited to modern technology brands
• Cross-Functional Creative Execution
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative teams
  • Translate campaign and product objectives into visual deliverables
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative quality
  • Coordinate creative execution across launches and ongoing content
  • Deliver finished assets suitable for multiple digital channels

Qualifications

• Strong professional portfolio in motion design, product animation, and technology-focused visual work
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects
• Strong experience working with Figma
• Strong editing capabilities using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools
• Ability to independently develop concepts from idea through final delivery
• Strong visual judgement and attention to detail
• Experience creating polished UI and product animations
• Ability to visualize technical and software concepts clearly
• Strong understanding of modern technology and AI aesthetics
• Comfortable working across brand, product, social, and campaign content
• Experience with Rive, Lottie, or Jitter is advantageous
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, Midjourney, or similar is valuable
• Experience with node-based workflows such as ComfyUI, Weavy, or Flora is advantageous
• Familiarity with Houdini, TouchDesigner, p5.js, Three.js, shaders, or related procedural tools is a plus

Engagement Details

• Full-time engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $90,000–$150,000/year
• Work will span video editing, motion design, product animation, visual concept development, and technical storytelling
• Assignments may include launches, social content, brand campaigns, and product-focused creative work
• Strong motion-design and technology-oriented visual experience is central to the role
• Contributors will be expected to take creative ownership from concept development through final execution
• Collaboration will involve Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative stakeholders
• Project formats, tools, and creative requirements may evolve across campaigns and launches
• Work must be completed without using confidential, proprietary, unreleased, or otherwise restricted creative assets, product information, brand materials, or third-party content belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other organisation
