[Hiring] UX/UI Designer @Copious

Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 2–3 years of experience in designing modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Figma, have worked on 30–40+ application screens, and have independently contributed to 2–3 end-to-end projects from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into design solutions.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color systems, spacing, and overall design language.
• Design responsive layouts and ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
• Conduct design revisions based on feedback and usability considerations.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Contribute to design systems and reusable UI components.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Worked on at least 2–3 projects from scratch, from concept to final delivery, each project with a minimum of 40+ screens.
• Good understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive design and modern UI trends.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and developer-friendly designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Talent should share Figma project links or a portfolio & examples of projects built from scratch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a Bachelor of Design, or a similar degree.
• Relevant Tech Stack Certifications are advantageous.
