Role Description

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

• Design user flows, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes that simplify complex security data and drive compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including lead designers, product managers, and engineers, to deliver user-centric, insight-focused experiences.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions, incorporating user feedback to refine and improve experiences.
• Translate research insights and user behavior data into clear and intuitive design solutions.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders, aligning designs with user needs, business goals, and security opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
• Have a divergent exploratory process with the ability to communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design critiques and collaborative design challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in creating and shipping complex digital products.
• 2+ years proficiency in the Figma ecosystem.
• 1+ years verbal and visual presentation skills, as well as an articulate point of view about design.
• 1+ years record of collaboration to support and influence the team’s direction, vision, and planning of deliverables.
• 1+ years experience tying designs to business needs, goals, and metrics.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in working with design systems.
• Preferred experience in user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
