Role Description
As a UX Designer, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on creating user-friendly products that enhance the health management experience for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategies.

Discuss complex design ideas in an accessible manner for diverse audiences.

Transform abstract concepts into tangible user experiences.

Work with design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

2 β 5 years of experience in UX or product design.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Experience with regulated medical device software and healthcare onboarding is preferred.
Requirements

4+ years of UX or product design experience in healthcare or regulated environments.

Portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end UX design process, including usability testing and design rationale.

Experience designing responsive web and mobile app experiences.

Familiarity with iOS, Android, accessibility, and platform design patterns.
Preferred Skills

Prior experience as a Mid-level or Senior UX Designer in digital health or medical device products.

Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.

Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
