[Hiring] UX Designer @North Cloud Partners

Role Description

We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team and help us build intuitive and engaging products. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the full UX design process, however, our current need is largely production work. We need additional hands on some of our projects to simply do the work of converting rough ideas into a clickable prototype in Figma, then updating and keeping the prototype current.

• Work for Fortune 100 clients, expecting tidy deliverables.
• Figma Skills:
  • General attention to detail and not being too sloppy with groups and frames.
  • Using components from a library.
  • Auto-layout, enough to get by.
  • Prototyping, nothing too complex, but large “click throughs” for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer (or similar role) with a portfolio of recent work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Organized and clean problem solving.
• Attention to detail.

Requirements

• Location: Focus on performance, not presence. Living in Colorado or northern California is convenient but not required.

Benefits

• Pay equal to the value you can bring, more than listed here.
• Flexible hours.
• Freedom to solve problems your own way.
