Role Description
This role involves contributing to the delivery of outstanding user experiences across the next generation of financial services products. You will assist in crafting design solutions that deliver direct and immediate value for our clients.
- Develop innovative design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs
- Work closely with other designers and stakeholders to ensure design decisions are informed by user research and best practices
- Grow skills and knowledge through collaboration and mentorship from experienced team members
- Communicate design rationale and incorporate feedback effectively
- Engage in various practice areas including discovery and analysis, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and product design
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in product design
- Specialization in UX/UI and user research
- Foundational understanding of front-end development, visual design, and design systems
- Solid grasp of fundamental design principles including user experience, interaction design, information architecture, and content strategy
Requirements
- Proficiency with Figma
- Ability and desire to justify design decisions with strong rationale
- Experience designing features for software applications and systems
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Experience conducting user research
- Experience working with client stakeholders in an agency or freelance setting
