Role Description
As our next Principal Delivery Lead, you’ll help us to build the next generation of financial services software by leveraging your unique expertise into innovative product releases.
- Manage complex enterprise software modernization and development
- Provide end-to-end project supervision, managing roadmaps and milestones
- Navigating the complexities of client needs and business objectives
- Define clear, actionable outcomes to ensure products resonate with users
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, fostering collaboration and trust
- Negotiate scope and budget effectively
- Guide clients through the release roadmap and align on future statements of work (SOWs)
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical product delivery
- Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level software releases
- Strategic thinker with the ability to engage with clients
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Results-driven with ownership of project outcomes
Requirements
- Technical proficiency in building comprehensive project plans
- Experience in delivering in complex environments such as ITIL and SAFe
- Effective management of projects, including budget adherence and milestone tracking
- Understanding client needs, industry dynamics, and business processes
